Press Start to begin a focus session. When a work phase ends a short break starts automatically; after every Nth work round (default 4) a longer break is used instead. Beeps play via Web Audio on each transition; click Enable notifications to also get a desktop notification (browser permission required). Skip jumps to the next phase; Reset clears the round counter and returns to the work phase. Edit the durations any time — they apply to the next phase.
